Nakakaiyak talaga kung susuriin ang EXPENDITURES ng DINKY ADMINISTRATION.   P50 Million Pesos ang kinita sa 2012 pero  P3 Million pesos lang ang natira by the end of the year.  If this is not mismanagement I don't know what else you can call it.
