Nakakaiyak talaga kung susuriin ang EXPENDITURES ng DINKY ADMINISTRATION. P50 Million Pesos ang kinita sa 2012 pero P3 Million pesos lang ang natira by the end of the year. If this is not mismanagement I don't know what else you can call it.

PCCI is no different from our current Philippine government. Danny Ramilliano was just used as a scapegoat like Janet Napoles while the directors continue with their merry ways using our money.
Dinky is the poster boy for the corruption in the PCCI. Obviously shame is not a concept that is part of his psyche.
