P.S. When was this letter issued? How come there is no date? If this is indeed an official letter of the PCCI, how come we don't see the logo/letterhead? just curious...
I saw that same letter too in this show catalog no date written that is weird. I think it was on page 1. I haven't any idea it was about 7 million scam no wonder.

That letter was the President's message which was published in the October & November PCCI show catalogs...
